We use Doogee DG800 as instance, this tutorial is how to upgrade your DOOGEE Valencia DG800 ROM from DOOGEE-VALENCIA-DG800-Android4.4-2014_07-02 version to DOOGEE-VALENCIA-DG800-Android4.4-2014_08_15 version
- please make sure you have activated "USB Debugging" and "Unknown source" installation
- go to http://www.doogee.cc/servicexiazai_de... for download the Newest ROM and Tool for update
- unrar file "DOOGEE-VALENCIA-DG800-Android4.4-2014_08_15_release.tar.gz" and "tool.rar"
- if you are using W7 & W8 please download driver at http://ge.tt/api/1/files/2cZjDmm1/0/b... and install it with run as admin.
the driver that including in the "tool.rar" is for Windows XP.
- unrar "MTK_USB_ADB_Ultimate.rar" and install the driver from "\All MTK USB Driver 2014\All MTK Drivers\New inst. win 7&8x64" folder
- Run as Administrator flash_tool from "\tool\SP_Flash_Tool_windows_exe_v5.1408.00\SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1408.00" folder
- click "Scatter-Loading" button, then find file "MT6582_Android_scatter.txt" on you ROM directory "\DOOGEE-VALENCIA-DG800-Android4.4-2014_08_15_release\z869h-oq-k44-qhd-wg850p2100-emmc-64g8g_DOOGEE-VALENCIA-DG800-Android4.4-2014_08_15_release"
- choose "firmware upgrade"
- connect your DG800 to PC. wait until your PC recognise you DG800
- click "download" button
- disconect your DG800 from PC and take out the battery and connect again to PC without battery in your DG800
- Flash tool will start flashing. wait until finish
- disconnect DG800, put in the battery, and turn on DG800
- done. your ROM alredy upgraded
NOTE : this will format your DOOGEE DG800, you must reinstall your Apps.
