  How do I install the 2nd SIM card. It is not explained in the manual. The Manual only speaks about 1 SIM card and a microSD card, not the 2nd SIM.

- My f3 pro worked right out the box with just swapping my sim from my other phone. and then 2 days later it refuses to connect to my network, it recognises the sim is there and what network it is, it sees the network but just wont register.I did factory resets. got new a new sim made. tried it all .
  -Canada ontario rogers- a tech support guy said that chinese 4g is the equivilant of canada 3g , i did not undertsand. I am stuck with no connection to my network. and the staff at the rogers outlet are less qualified than me..
  -Im stuck using a moto on the same sim instead. plz help

- My F3 Pro black has a problem with the USB connection , The cable plug does not fit correctly Inside the phone slot so it can't be charged either on PC or on A/C power...I have to keep the cable firmly in a precise position to get the charge....not very useful!!!

- I have the doogee f3 pro and am on trackphones network which routes me through AT&T but can only get 2g networkI have tried a lot of different APN settings no them at work for me yet. . I have searched the network operators and the operitors available are listed as "2g home", " 2g home", "4G home" and "4g home" but when trying to connect to one of the 4G home networks it says cannot connect to network right now please try again later

- I take Doogee F3 Pro Black for my friend and unable to charge. This is the second one because the first they change to us and again the same problem. I also have Doogee F3 Pro White and it's working perfect. I have change the cable with mine but the same. How ever when I used USB cable in my PC it only can charge with a very slow charging. I see that the white (R19 2015.11.17) have different firmware from black (2015.11.18) one.Maybe a problem in the firmware? Please help.
