    It is not possible to uninstall the Google Play Store. However it is possible to uninstall updates, which she has done but that didn't work. She also factory reset the phone but that didn't work either. It still didn't download apps from the Google Play Store after that and it still had the overheat problem when charging.
    
    I think the problem is the phone itself and not Google Play Store. I think the phone probably has poorly optimised and integrated software. We also tried to update the software but that didn't work either. It's either the phone itself or the software that is having a problem or perhaps both.
    
    I am wondering when the F7 will be released. I have Googled the release date and it said January 2016 . Is that true ?
    
    I also wonder when the F9 with Helio X30 chip will be released ? I have seen that the F5 was released in September 2015 and so if the F7 is released in January 2016 then that is 4 months later. So perhaps the F9 will be released in May 2016 ?

  • Hi i'mndering if Doogee phones work in the Philippines because I bought the Doogee F5 4G for my girlfriend who lives in the Philippines and she said it won't download apps from the Google Play Store and it overheats greatly when charging. Perhaps this is because Doogee phones don't work in the Philippines. We have tried many solutions but none worked. We went on the Google help website and tried all the solutions there but nothing worked. Don't know what the problem is.
