Very good looking phone with good quality materials and also well built.Star
The CPU is powerful enough to drive the apps and the 720p screen, also there is enough RAM. Well lit screen, good visibility in bright places as well. Excellent voice quality even in poor signal conditions.
I really liked it until the point i realized the proximity sensor is either not programmed properly or not working.
Here is what happened: I use it as a BYOD device so there is AirWatch installed on it. 5 failed tries on the PIN and the phone is wiped. So i heard the start animation's sound from my pocket. I thought the phone just restarted. Well not exactly. I sat down at my desk and checked it. Sadly i saw the usual first time setup screen of Android. Disappointing.
Another software glitch is in the launcher: icons just disappear from the home screen. They are there just not visible. So if you tap at the right spot then the right app opens. Icons might become visible after a few lock-unlock cycles but sometimes you need a restart.

I only get notification when I am online at WhatsApp.
the help desk of WhatsApp told me that my device is "ROOTED" and I have to remove the rooting in order to receive notification from WhatsApp in standby mode.

There must be a firmware, how did Android come to my phone? Your customers must be able to recover to stock rom / stock firmware over a hardreset. A softreset over properties -> backup / reset -> factory defaults and deleting all user content did not solve my problem. How can i contact support? Can they send me stock firmware / rom for recovery? I wrote Email to [email protected] but i get no answer :(

Please believe me and read what i write. I checked this 100 times, notifications are ON in this Apps and under properties of Android! When i hold home button and close whatsapp, k9 mail or other apps like telegram or tapatalk the background service for this apps are not running when i watch under properties -> apps -> active apps. The service is only running when the application is opened, after closing the app, the background service MUST remain to deliver messages, for example, when you are in lockscreen! That dont work. Please contact me, i need to recover but without STOCK ROM / Firmware download it is not possible. Please HELP me!

My HT6 arrived, i love this phone but i have big problems. I've installed all my apps and synced all over google drive. Apps like Whatsapp or K9-Mail no longer run in Backgound after i close them. I missed all my messages, they only arrive when i open this apps. But i need this background services, i have push mail and i need whatsapp push messages on lockscreen. I did a factory reset and nothing changed, plese help!

Hazedx asked if the battery is detachable and the answer was yes. but i guess i'm one of those idiots who doesn't know how to take out a battery, right?
so is the only solution now to wait 1 week til the battery is useless.
and what if i installed clean master and the charge holds for 2-3 weeks?
