  • I have DOOGEE Valencia2 Y100 Plus more than a month and is pretty good. My issue it's with adding photo (picture) in contacts. When I try to "edit" existing contact, photo icon is disabled. Same issue I have with adding new contact. How to fix that and get photo to my contacts?

  • I have further investigated the wifi issue I had asked you about yesterday. As it turns out, my Doogee Valencia 2 Y100 Plus seems to have an authentic wlan problem. Please see here the networks it finds in comparison to my old phone. Both side by side, HuaweiY530 finds some 5 networks,. Doogee finds only 2 networks. Is this a firmware issue (latest firmware from needrom already installed) or do I have to return the phone?

  • Hello,
    I have the Valencia2 Y100 Plus with DOOGEE-Y100_Plus-Android5.1-2015-12-01 and for the life of it can not connect to the WLAN at work. My Laptop connects, my other phone connects, all my colleagues connect fine, but the DOOGEE will not connect. Tt connects fine at home. I have double checked the password, and that is positively correct. Wifi SHOWS connected at work, but really, it is not connected, and I can neither access the internet nor use whatsapp nor anything else. This works on all my other devices. What might be the problem?

    I have a DOOGEE Valencia2 Y100 Plus for about three month. I get the same problem as I can see in one previous question.
    "It is stuck on the black select boot mode and the arrow is going up then down rapidly between recovery mode/fast mode /& normal start.I can not stop the arrow from moving fast among these 3 choices.I tried holding the power button & volume up etc,,,etc,,nothing stop that arrow so it is impossible for me to make a choice & try to fix it.Even removing the battery & putting it back did not stop the arrow.All the normal procedures for android phone to fix it did not work."
    
    I try to apply the solution proposed but there is not a way to update the firmware of the mobile. I connect the mobile to the PC but it's not detected.

    I've bought your product (Doogee Y100 Plus) three days ago from a licensed dealer (Z-el d.o.o.Chipoteka) in Croatia, and after it fell from height of about 50 cm it became unsuable( cracked screen). I think that any serious smartphone should be able to survive such a fall without damage, like every smartphone I've owned so far did. I hope that as a serious company you will reply to my mail this time and offer me a solution to this problem and in that way avoid a negative review.

  • The problem is that the rear camera don´t work. The secundary camera work but not correctly . The image of the front camera goes the other way around .
    It happened for no reason.
    I've tried to put it to factory settings and still the problems.

    1) How can I delete an e-mail account from the e-mail app that comes instaled in the phone by defect?
    
    2) How can I block a telephone number to stop receiving the calls from this number?
    
    Also, I would like to report a bug, when I slide the finger to decrease the luminosity of the screen, the telephone turn off and I cannot use it (it does not work) until the next day...

    The first seems to be only to protect and can be removed easily.
    The second may be constructed to stay in place, but there are air bubbles between the display glass under it visible.
    What is the sense of this second film?
    Should it be removed also?
    Or is this the "gorilla glas" made to protect the display; described in the specs?

  • I have 2 units DOOGEE Y100 Plus, both purchase at same time..
    1 unit is Version DOOGEE-Y100_Plus-Android5.1-20151030 and 1 unit is Version DOOGEE-Y100_Plus-Android5.1-20151124....
    While I run the version upgrade, the 20151030 show it is the latest version, but 20151124 show that is a new version available (releases date is 2015-12-02).
    Please tell me how to update the 20151030 version to new release version.

  • How come you say that the rear camera is 13MP and the front is 8MP when they are not. I used the program that came with it and others as well but the highest I can get the camera upto is 6MP, not 13MP! Why did you say this stuff when it isn't true. If I had to have known this in the first place I would've got a better phone. If there is some specific program you have to use or if you need to do something please e-mail me back and let me know.

    Thank you for your mail.
    Press and hold the mp3 file you want to use, this will highlight in Blue. Now you will have five symbols appear at the bottom of the page, press the middle one which is the copy button, this looks like 2 sheets of paper overlapped. Once pressed the symbol will change from 2 sheets of paper to just one. No press the home key , top left. This will take you to the homepage and will give you the options of SD card or phone storage, select the phone storage option, Now scroll down to the notifications folder and select it, Once the notifications file is open, You will see 3 icons at the bottom of the screen , press the middle one which is paste, this still looks like 1 sheet of paper.
    Now you can close this down and go back to your main phone screen, Now when you open your settings and select a tone to associate with your text alert notifications your MP3 file will be showing and will be selectable.

  • My phone has locked up. I downloaded the Smart Phone Flash tool from the Doogee website, but I have been unsuccessful in trying to do a firmware update.
