I bought a phone about 2 months ago. Works very fine. Pictures are very good, better than any phone in this price. Only the battery is very bad :-( max. 8 hours. When you use LTE network it will turn off alter 3 hours non stop working.Star

I finally purchased a new phone after having an HTC Desire S for over 4 years. I wanted something with a bigger screen, was faster and had 4G capability.Star
A new HTC ONE was nice but just too expensive to justify a purchase.
I found this Doogee and decided to give it a go. Purchased for £75 from a UK based supplier it came with an extra screen protector, charger and plastic rear case.
The instructions are non-existent and getting the battery into the phone was the first challenge but a quick 'google' and I had the answer.
The phone is just brilliant for the money. I can make clear phone calls all over Europe and the USA, I have managed 32Gbps on 4G and performance on Wi-Fi is only limited by my routers.
The cameras are not as good as those on HTC, Samsung, Sony and iPhones but the phone costs last than one quarter of the price of those phones.
2GB ROM, 16GB RAM and a further 32GB card means I have plenty of storage.
The dual SIM cars means that I now only carry one phone instead of two as my business SIM in now in this phone.
Yes, the phone isn't perfect but it works just fine for me, and with the money I saved by not buying a brand leader I purchased a return flight from the UK to Miami. (Posted on 3/9/2016) - a good phone far from perfectReview by Sok.Elef

i bought the phone for me is a good phone the only promblem is battery life cause it's onlyStar
1800 maph insteand of 2200maph or even more that gives you a almost 18 hours with medium use and on have around 12 hours of use
the back camera is relly 8MP and not 13mp only 6MP when you choose wide frame instand of 4:3 frame also no full HD video only 720p
the front is a medium camera also the flash is no much force
also is hard to find accesories like a silicon case or a screen protector
the upgrates is one plus of this device since i bought it a have 2 upgrates
rooting the device is difficult and may break down your device

Very fast (Thanks to 2Gb RAM), elegant and good priced smartphone. Good screen, main camera also not so bad. I found couple bugs in a fresh firmware (20150925), but I hope they are all will be fixed. I recently purchased one of these phones and having read some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive. I shouldn't have been, it's a great Smartphone and fantastic value. I have owned a Samsung S5 and iPhone 5S in the past and as far as I can see the 'Doogee Valencia2 Y100 Pro' is almost, if not AS good as them! It's size is perfect, not too big, not too small, easy to handle, battery life is OK, runs Android 5.1, I could go on... The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because there is no proper 'User Guide'. the Doogee Valencia Y100 pro is a very performant and fast smartphone.
Up to now I do not have any issues concering stuttering or workload.
BUT the camera takes about 5-10 sec. to take a picture.
The video record with full resolution works very well. Starting instantly!
But it is very annoying to wait for one picture shoot at least 5 sec. It doesn't matter which length of exposure was chosen or which app I used (standard, open camera, camera 360, camera fv-5 pro,...).
The quality of the picture taken is quite good.
I can give only 2 stars because for me the camera (and driver?) is a key component at a smartphone.

Some of the keys are not responding and I can not even get it to shut down because it will not respond when I press ok to get it to shut down. I have already tried everything I know to do. I have searched to see if I can purchase any parts to repair the screen. I reset the phone back to factory setting yesterday and it still did not work. I think that the phone should still be under warranty and that I should be able to get it fixed without cost. Please respond. I had the Doogee Valencia DG800 and I liked it so well that I decided to get this phone, but it is not working!

Phone bought in November. Today suddenly the sound was gone. Speakers and microphone features the work is not served. The sound headphones either. I suppose that was broken chip audio codec. I have y100pro 2gb ram 16gb rom and I have big problem…
After autoupdate my phone not start in intitializing apps (it took 24 hours and nothing), after hard restart and in recovery menu I test root file system and after end test phone write "test failed" new app 132, modivied app 1. and errors are in /system/xbin and bin.
I test upload new rom with this manual but flash tool not processing....:((((((

I have a problem with the notification sound. I want to choose a different notification sound from the ones that comes by default with the phone as I did not like them. I downloaded some notifications sounds (mp3, .ogg) and placed them in the following directories -
/sdcard/media/ringtones
/sdcard/media/notifications
/sdcard/ringtones
/sdcard/notifications
/sdcard/music
However they are still not visible from the notification sounds when listing them from the Settings menu.
I donwoaded ES File Explorer and tried to set them as notification from there but I always get "Wrong file type, please select again" message.

Press and hold the mp3 file you want to use, this will highlight in Blue. Now you will have five symbols appear at the bottom of the page, press the middle one which is the copy button, this looks like 2 sheets of paper overlapped. Once pressed the symbol will change from 2 sheets of paper to just one. No press the home key , top left. This will take you to the homepage and will give you the options of SD card or phone storage, select the phone storage option, Now scroll down to the notifications folder and select it, Once the notifications file is open, You will see 3 icons at the bottom of the screen , press the middle one which is paste, this still looks like 1 sheet of paper.
Now you can close this down and go back to your main phone screen, Now when you open your settings and select a tone to associate with your text alert notifications your MP3 file will be showing and will be selectable.
