The phone is pretty good for its money, you would not regret buying it.
I have two questions.
1. Do I need any additional software in order to connect the phone to PC - drivers, etc. Until now all my Doogee phones offered me to activate USB connection to PC when I simply plug the USB cable, this one does not and I still cannon figure out how to connect it to PC - therefore 4 stars rating from me.
2. Could I buy additional battery and where?

- My secondary camera, the one on the front, still takes unusable purple pictures and I've got no response or solution from you. That "little" problem aside, now the phone restarts when I take a photograph with flash using the main camera (the one on the back). I'm really surprised that you show absolutely no interest on solving this issue, not a single solution has been provided to me. This is my third buying from you and I still have hopes about you caring about me as a customer, Im not asking for my money back, I just want my DooGee Valenencia 2 to work properly. Please!!!!

I hope so that you are going to fix some of those problems. Do you thinking about making any else support but this, going and following updates on your site?

- You know that OS of Valencia2 Y100 has a lot of problems. There are a lot of problems with hardware as well. Are you going to update OS to Android 5? - Hello! I am a Doogee y100 user, and I have a problem, so I need your help.
Today, I was updating the phone (an official OTA update of Doogee) when after restarting several times, the smartphone screen showed "sin comandos" (in Inglés "without command") and where the android doll looked lying.
After a few minutes, the smartphone showed the same thing and 50 minutes after I turn off the phone. When turned on again, the screen said that she was installing an update and did not move for an hour, until I remove the battery from the smartphone.
Now when I turn on the smartphone, this is in "recovery mode", but when I try to use an option, the screen says "without command".
Help me fix this problem please.

1) SD card is bad; replace the SD card.

- Hi, i have been waiting for a very long time now to get the new lollipop ROM for the Valencia 2 Y100, i know that the one for the first Valencia has been avaliable for some time, and it cant be too much trouble for you to port it to work with the 6592 chip?
Even if its just a BETA version please my phone is almost unusable with the current ROMs, and i hope a 5.0 or even better 5.1 update would solve much of these problems.

I was thinking of buying the Doogee Y100 Pro , but to my surprise it only has a Quad Core Cpu while the normal Y100 has a Octa Core cpu , how come ? Shouldn't the Pro version have a Octa Core ?
Will the Y100 get a HomTom battery?
How many hours of battery life do the Y100 and Y100 Pro have ?

I read in eBay, from one seller that the Y100 has a dedicated music chip. Is this true, if so what chip does it have ?
And will Doogee roll out Android 6.0 Marshmallow to the Y100?

Doogee official data showed that Quad Core CPU,
if a heavy user, the battery can use 8-10 hours,
DOOGEE Y100 does not have dedicated music chip,
When we get the Android M firmware ROM, we will update it on our website.
