    I want to upgrade my phone to lollipop but I can't install the update. When I press "Scan" in the SP-MPFDP and connect usb while holding vol+ and power button nothing happens. Scanning is in progress but nothing is found and on the phone screen I get menu normal, quick and recovery boot. What am I doing wrong? Tried it with 3 computers and 2 cables.

  • Just purchased the DooGee 310 Voyager2. I love the phone BUT, last night, after I had charged it to 100%, the phone went to sleep. This morning the charge is list at 3%. I have not the WiFI turned off when in sleep mode, and charged it today. Within 15 minutes, the charge had already decreased to 94% with no use and in sleep mode.
    
    Needless to say this is unacceptable. I notice when I started the phone originally yesterday, the Android OS upgraded to Android 5.0. Is there something that I can do about this, or will I have to return the phone to Amazon and buy another brand??
    
    I would LOVE to keep this, but to have a phone that totally discharges overnight will not do.

  • My phone shuts down by him self and then is very hard to power up again. I try to remove batery and get it back, it wont power up.
    If its connected to charger it shows that batery is empty. With power button pressed screen blinks.
    Several times shuts down during the boot sequence.
    
    Can this be solved with upgrade or it is a hardver problem?

    The charge time for 10% battery to full is 3 hours? Is it normal?

    i have this model dg 310 from 1/2015 and i am very happy for this,but after the last update that my device asked me to do to with date ''07042015 ''has a problem with the rear camera.it can focus and all the pictures are mat and bad quality..please is there a new update release and when?
    is there a way to go back to the previus firmware???
    i tried to update with the sd card update way but it fails!!

  • Since the last update (06 march) my mobile DG900 don't start, I have only android logo appears with an exclamation mark in a red triangle

    with software flashtool (on Windows 7 or Mac OS 10.10) : not connection

    I can transfer with mode recovery "apply update from ADB" and ADB Sideload and Android SDK and command adb sideload but after transfer error.
    
    Do you have a rom from SDcard ? it's more simple in mode recovery with"apply update from SDcard"
    
    PLEASE HELP ME, I haven't another phone

    There are several ones...
    I ask because after about 20 days of use and accepting 2-3 ota proposed updates, after a few days the display is scrambled with a black vertical strip at the right side (2-3 mm size) and there are vertical distortion bars, as if with problem with dislay drivers..
    I would like to check if this is a problem related to fw and not physical problem.

  • Since few weeks ago when I check for dg310 software update from wireless update option, when I click on Check for updates button it says always Network connection failed. I'm using same wifi as before it was working. The last update is from 20150128.0
