  • Buenas, mi problema es cuando no tengo wifi no puedo navegar en internet activo la opción de datos me dice que esta conectado pero cuando intento abrir una pagina me dice que no se puede conectar, activo el wifi y si se conecta a las paginas que estoy hacieno mal alguien me podria ayudar soy de venezuela gracias
    
    Hi, my problem is when I have wifi can not navigate in active internet data option tells me it is connected but when I try to open a page tells me it can not connect, active wifi and if you connect to the pages I'm hacieno bad someone could help me because I am from Venezuela

    The phone can not connect WiFi, you can try this method:
    1, open WIFI,
    2, click the WIFI access point name you want to connect.
    3, then enter the password input method to hide what you will find "Show password" and "Show advanced options."
    4, check - Show Advanced Options.
    5, click the drop-down will appear "IP setting."
    6, the options in the DHCP changed - static.
    7, later changed to static, fill in the IP address, gateway
